Oona Insurance Philippines announces the appointment of Nicasio “Ninoy” Rollan III as its new President and Chief Executive Officer.
With over 40 years of experience, Ninoy is a recognized leader in the Philippine insurance industry. He has held senior executive roles in companies such as AXA Charter Ping An, Mercantile Insurance, Milestone Guaranty and Assurance Corporation. His work spans both life and non-life sectors, with a focus on strategic growth, product development, and distribution network expansion.
Ninoy’s background includes experience in direct writing, reinsurance, and broking. Throughout his career, he has helped transform operations, launch innovative insurance products, and strengthen industry partnerships. His leadership style combines deep local market knowledge with insights gained from global training and experience.
