Requisite to availment of the benefits, the insured must immediately telephone the assigned hotline number (632) 4594727 and give the following information
Step 1: Immediately notify the Customer Service of the airline company.
Step 2: Call the Oona Insurance hotline number (632) 459 4727 to report the incident. They will provide you with a step-by-step guide on how to formalize your claim.
The policy starts an hour before the scheduled departure, continues during the course of his/her travel and ceases one hour after the scheduled or actual arrival whichever comes first.
